My husband and I have our starter home and so have had some experience with the home buying process. Nevertheless, looking for our forever home was still a daunting task so we went to Mei and Kevin after going to open houses and having our eye on a few potential homes. It took a few months for us to find and land our dream home but Mei was extremely patient with us and provided valuable information every step of the way. Mei and Kevin did an amazing job handling the entire sale of our home in Menlo Park all while we are overseas. The process was painless and easy. We handed over the keys and they brought in vetted vendors to help get our home ready for market, including cleaners, handyman, gardeners, and stagers. Their outstanding marketing, photos, video, 3D tour, online ads, and newspaper, attracted a lot of buyers to the open house on the first weekend.
