Kevin grew up in the Bay Area, attended UCLA, and is a former transactional attorney. As a broker, developer and general contractor he combines legal training, business judgment, and hands-on construction knowledge to protect clients and raise property value. He regularly manages pre-sale and post-purchase renovations through a vetted contractor network with preferred pricing.
Kevin returned in 2012 and lives in Cupertino in a home he designed and built. His experience includes work in the United States federal courts and public companies, and he has negotiation training from Harvard Law School. He knows the Peninsula and South Bay markets in detail.

Mei is a Bay Area native and a UC Berkeley graduate. She previously served as director of sales at a leading local brokerage and has a strong background in interior design. Mei helps clients plan and execute renovations, selecting finishes that photograph well and sell fast at the highest price.

She comes from a family of developers and contractors and works with a trusted network to deliver quality at fair cost. Having spent her life in the region, she understands the nuances of Peninsula and Bay Area neighborhoods.
