De Anza/Jollyman

The De Anza Jollyman neighborhood is in the heart of Cupertino and a mixture of original ranch style homes on larger lots and newly built homes. The area is bounded by Highway 85, Stevens Creek Blvd, and South De Anza Boulevard.

Easily accessible via the 85 freeway along De Anza Blvd or Stevens Creek, residents benefit from a variety of specialty shops, restaurants, and services. De Anza shopping center along the southern edge features Asian specialty and grocery stores like H-mart, India Cash & Carry, and 85c Bakery. Further North a Home Depot, and Trader Joes sit along De Anza Blvd, while the Cupertino Crossroads at Stevens Creek Blvd contain a Home Goods, specialty restaurants, and a Sprouts Market.

Aside from the shopping convenience, the neighborhood also boasts preeminent educational opportunities with De Anza Community College, one of the best community colleges in California (and where Apple products like the Macintosh and iWatch were announced), and Faria Elementary, a lottery “school of choice”.

Jollyman Park, an 11.5 acre park with a baseball field, picnic area, basketball courts, and sprawling grass areas provide plenty of room to roam. Additionally, the facilities like the track at De Anza college are frequently open to the public.
